WILLIAM WELLS Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), exacerbated by illness, fatigue and unbearable stress, led to the Veteran's Day death of Bill Wells. A computer and security consultant in San Antonio, recognized by his signature pony tail, Bill was also an Army Veteran, who once earned and proudly wore a Green Beret. He was a man of honor, integrity, courage and compassion, respected and loved by those who knew him. He left behind his wife, Valinda, son Sean and daughter Heather; Mother and Dad, Carol and Ron Barker of Houston TX; and his younger brother Boyd and his wife Tricia, with their children Alex and Reed, also of Houston. He had three "adopted sons" as well - Anthony DeLeon, Ryan Salts, and Pvt. Jesse DeLeon. SERVICES A Memorial Service will be held Monday, Nov 19 at 1300 hours (1 pm) in the Chapel at Puente and Sons, 3520 S. Flores St., San Antonio, TX. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wachovia Bank in his name to help his family through these difficult times. Arrangements entrusted to Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels.
