Have you checked out Air-America.org website? There is a picture of him in the 2008 reunion photos, dangamelin album "Air America Days" 68 - 73, page 4.
I knew your Dad very casually in the late 60's when I worked for Air America in Udorn, Thailand. I was in Special Forces from 1956 to 1963 but I didn't know him then. Regards and Good Luck.
