John Yancey (whom we affectionately nicknamed "Robert Redford") was a sniper range victim of a horrible accident and died on the way to Womack. . . pronounced DOA.

I can't recall the exact date - in the 1978-79 time frame.
He was a good soldier, a fine friend, and is missed to this very day. . .
